とりわけT-800=エンドスケルトンに関する造詣は、作者ジェームス・キャメロンさえ及ばない深いものになったにちがいない。
そのことは『ターミネーター』（1984年）の最もよくできたM1号製キットをベースに創り上げた"動くT-800"の開発記録とでもいうべき、思いの丈を書き綴ったホームページT-STUDIOを見れば一目瞭然である。
留之助商店に展示中のオリジナル・エンドスケルトンも"動くT-800"製作に一役買った。
そんな縁もあり、ハタナカマコトの"動くT-800 ver2.2"が、ただいま当店のエンドスケルトンの隣りでデモンストレーション展示中。

ちょうど1年前の5月13日、ブラントから1枚のスケッチが届いた。
ヤクザ・プロダクションのはじまりだった。On May 13 just one year ago, I received this sketching from Brandt.
It was all the beginnings.

その1ヵ月後、今度はファーグからヤクザに持たせる銃の画像が届いた。The one month later, I have received the image of the gun which a yakuza is holding from FERG. The following memo was added there.

]]> イマモチャ tomenosuke_2006 Sun, 6 May 2012 22:30:41 +0900 2012-05-06T22:30:41+09:00 http://tenshu53.exblog.jp/15231557/ http://tenshu53.exblog.jp/15231557/ で、翌5月には近日入荷予定みたいなことを書いたけれど、その後、メーカーと中国の工場との連携がうまくいかず、別の工場へ鞍替えするような事態に発展し、発売も年末にズレ込むとの連絡があった。が、結局は年を越え、突然きのう、8月中旬には出荷できそうだと言ってきたのだ。
分かりますよ、産みの苦しみ。
CIRCUS POSTERUSとコラボ・ブランドを立ち上げ、彼らから提供されるデザインを元に原型製作からソフビ商品化まですべて留之助主導で動いているのだけれど、一朝一夕にはいかないもん。
で、ベラ・デラミーヤはといえば原型の作り直しやら何やらで、Doktor Aいわく、呪いにでもかけられたような1年だったらしい。
上半身に打たれたリベットが整理整頓されて均等に並び、後ろに隠し持つナイフが何度かの変更の後、フックに変わった。
何はともあれ嬉しいかぎり、ネオ・スチームパンクな傑作オブジェモチャの誕生を予感させてくれるのだ。
ちなみに同じArts Unknownから同時発売の予定だったGary BasemanのSlugilicious（スラッグリシャス）とKozikのWilliam, Henry and Reginald（サイのウィリアムと熱帯鳥のヘンリーと子象のレジナルド）は、一足早く中国の工場から出荷されるらしい。I had thought that the release of Doktor A's the first female figure "Bella DeLamere" had already release last year. But according to Doktor A, this figure has been somewhat of a "Curse"... going through multiple sculpts and multiple revisions.
I received the e-mail from Paul Delfgou of Arts Unknown the maker of Bella DeLamere yesterday. And he said, "she is now finally in the post, on her way to the factory and they are going to do their best to get her ready as soon as possible. So, although unfortunately, she won't be able to catch up with the Kozik and Baseman figures, she shouldn't arrive much later than a month or so after them. She should arrive in the UK and the US sometime mid-August".
