去年のSDCC 2013でデビュー以来、4作（色）目にしてはじめて一般小売店向けに配給が決まった"ミスター・パンフリーと彼の驚異的機械仕掛けの乳母車"の"夏の散歩”版なのである。
Doktor A特有のスチームパンクなカラーパレットから、マルーン、グリーン、銅、真鍮といった渋い色彩を選んだ仕上げが申し分なし。
操縦桿を握るミスター・パンフリーが取り出し可の自立型ミニフィギュアっていうところも楽しい。
