Fire-Catzilla has awakened
今年はゴジラ豊作の年である。
アメリカ映画『GODZILLA ゴジラ』はすこぶるカッコよかったし、惚れついでに大量輸入した
ジャイアントサイズ・ゴジラ・アクションフィギュアは留之助が日本で最初の取り扱いということもあって、一瞬にして売り切れるほどのヒット作となった。
で、きのうの
ラヴァ・モンキーに次いで、きょうも
ジョー・レッドベターなのだ。
背ビレもあれば、シッポもある、放射火炎には日本語で雄叫びまで印刷されて、待ってましたの猫。
そう、彼の自主製作モチャ、
ファイヤーキャット・シリーズの第2弾が、なんとゴジラ仕様で登場なんである。
前作よりも100個少ない限定300個、ジョーのウェッブストアと足並みそろえて明日27日（土）から予約受付開始。

Artist and toy designer
Joe Ledbetter is releasing his latest vinyl figure Fire-Catzilla. Adding a twist to his previously released Fire-Cat figure, Fire-Catzilla features newly sculpted fins, a tail, and an electric flame with the Japanese word for "rawr" printed across in neon pink. This 11-inch tall green monster is a limited edition of just 300 pieces and will be available exclusively from the artist himself on his
web store.
