Anti Supremacy by Abell Octovan

Supreme(シュプリーム)じゃないですよ。

Bust statue "Anti-Supremacy" was sold from Mighty Jaxx. I thought this would be an excellent work to express my feelings, at the same time, I also thought the same problem would occur.
Actually, we stopped selling Deez Nutz on Tomenosuke Stores.jp and started direct selling because of the claim from the trademark holder, however, we stopped that as well. The reason is because we received a claim again from the trademark holder to STORES.jp, operating company, after we moved the product information to archive, the page that stores the product in order of what was sold out. I feel like a "deer caught in the headlights." I found there is nowhere to escape now.

As a result, the operating company warned, "In the case of another act of transgression, please understand that you may possibly not be able to re-open the store as it will be subject to permanent non-disclosure," and I was dispirited. The trademark holder, who does not permit even using the archive, would not let us conduct direct selling. If they lodge a complaint with the anti-cyber crime department, it would be a total loss. Nothing can cause me to lose my credibility before I know it than with a secret investigation and inquiry of related businesses such as transportation companies and my bank.

My conviction has only strengthened since watching a feature story on a news program. After watching a man who was selling a small amount of fake brand of cellular phone case from China on Yahoo! Auction be investigated, tracked, arrested and subjected to a house search, it overlapped with my unpleasant experience over the Tomenosuke Blaster where I was subject to a house search on suspicion of a weapons violation, and then over the period of a year was subject to a voluntary inquiry and a suspension of indictment, and had to pay a penalty.

Moreover, receiving the phone call which was close to a threat, from the person in charge of licensing at Tezuka Productions Co., Ltd., impacts me as well. "This is Tezuka Productions. You are selling a pirated version, aren't you!," as I answered the phone "This is Tomenosuke" and suddenly heard an angry voice. I thought it must be about Astro Crash, however, I was shocked by how emotional the person was. There is nothing more dangerous than to speak with a person who gets confrontational. I explained that we did not think it was the merchandise which infringed on trademark rights, as I bought from the distributor Disburst in LA and sold out all of it. I fell to my knees and begged them to ask distributors and makers StrangeCat Toys before suing us because I would disclose their contact information.

Then, after seeing they cooled down more or less, I told them that in the late '70s and early '80s (before I left Tokyo) Osamu Tezuka sensei was friendly to me, and in the end, I communicated to them that my great respect and love for the Tezuka manga completely dissipated with this phone call.
Actually, I was supposed to respond to their email with the contact information for the distributor and maker, however, I have not heard anything. I wonder what that phone call was about and am not happy about it. Well, Astro Crash was removed from the archives of Tomenosuke Stores.jp. Just in case, like the trademark holder from Supreme, if Tezuka Productions claims to STORES.jp, operating company, Tomenosuke Stores.jp may be permanently closed.

We've become a dull country with no sense of humor.
