銀ブラ量産の準備ができました

Ready for mass production of the Tomenosuke Blaster Chrome Finish

量産とはいっても、販売するのは10個だけです。
その10個の下処理のために、徳信尊さんが治具を作って対応してくれました。

1-8. 余所者worksくんが複製したダミーカートのダミーを、ディスプレー用にアルミの底板に5連横並びにネジ止めするためのネジ穴を効率よく開けるための治具です。Although it is a bulk production, we are only selling ten units. Nobutaka Toku (aka Toku-san) made jigs for the pre-processing of these ten pieces.

1-8. The jig is used to efficiently drill screw holes for screwing the dummy cart's dummy that Mamoru Suzuki (aka Yosomono Works) duplicated onto the aluminum base plate in five horizontal rows for display purposes.

9-10. いくつかのレジン製留ブラ本体は材質の特性で若干の収縮があるのは以前から分かっていましたが、稀に原因不明の膨張した個体が見つかります。その多くはグリップ・フレーム部分に現れ、0.5ミリ前後長くなっています。それをグリップに合わせて、はみ出た個所を削り取るための治具です。9-10. It had already been known that some resin Blaster bodies shrunk slightly due to the nature of the materials, but in rare cases, units with expansions were found for unknown reasons. Many of them appeared in the grip/frame section and were longer by about 0.5mm. The jig is for matching the excess to the grip and scraping off parts that are sticking out.
